My Auto's Acting Up (and Kidnapped My Ignition)
Alright, folks, I need to share something crazy. My car is officially possessed. No, seriously! It started with the little things - the radio turning itself to polka music at dawn, the wipers going wild on a clear day. But yesterday, it crossed a line. I was heading out to get some pizza, and when I went back inside for my keys, bam! My car had decided to escape with the remote in its glove compartment.
- Honestly, I'm not making this up
- It sped off like a scene from a movie, leaving me standing there with my jaw on the ground.
So, here I am. Stuck at home, with no car and a growing suspicion that my trusty ride is plotting its world domination. I need advice, people! How do you deal with a car that has a mind of its own?
Stuck Outside With No Spare Keys
Sweat trickled down my neck as I stared at the sealed door. My mind raced, trying to remember any detail about how I'd left the house this morning. Had I even taken a key with me? The thought was unthinkable. I aggressively patted my bags, coming up empty. This disaster had a grave potential to escalate.
- Could it be there was a alternate entrance I could use?
- A wave of panic swept through me.
It wasn't I would survive this. My phone was dead, and getting assistance seemed improbable.
